Therapeutic Residential Placement
Structured STRTP living with 24/7 supervision, individualized support, and a daily environment designed to reduce crises and promote stabilization.
Our program is designed for children and youth who need more than housing alone. Each placement is supported by therapeutic goals, family engagement, school coordination, and a clear path forward.
Structured STRTP living with 24/7 supervision, individualized support, and a daily environment designed to reduce crises and promote stabilization.
We coordinate family contact, caregiver communication, and reunification-focused planning whenever clinically appropriate and court-authorized.
Direct-care staff work in step with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers so coping strategies and behavior plans are reinforced throughout the day.
We coordinate school enrollment, attendance, IEP supports, tutoring, and academic advocacy to protect progress during residential placement.
Medication monitoring, health appointments, incident response, and close communication with county and provider partners are built into program operations.
From the start, we prepare for the next placement with life-skills coaching, permanency planning, and concrete transition goals for youth and caregivers.
Our staff complete child-safety screening, de-escalation preparation, trauma-informed care training, and ongoing coaching so the program feels predictable, regulated, and safe.
We begin with one question: what does this young person need to stabilize and move forward?Daily routines, behavior supports, school planning, and family work all follow from that answer.
