Our program is designed for children and youth who need more than housing alone. Each placement is supported by therapeutic goals, family engagement, school coordination, and a clear path forward.
Family Engagement & Visitation Support
We coordinate family contact, caregiver communication, and reunification-focused planning whenever clinically appropriate and court-authorized.
Trauma-Informed Treatment Support
Direct-care staff work in step with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers so coping strategies and behavior plans are reinforced throughout the day.
Education Continuity
We coordinate school enrollment, attendance, IEP supports, tutoring, and academic advocacy to protect progress during residential placement.
Health, Medication, and Safety Oversight
Medication monitoring, health appointments, incident response, and close communication with county and provider partners are built into program operations.
Discharge & Transition Planning
From the start, we prepare for the next placement with life-skills coaching, permanency planning, and concrete transition goals for youth and caregivers.
